Farrell's LaVista is a 10-week group fitness program for anyone wanting to improve their current way of living. Classes are 45 minutes long, six days per week, alternating between cardio kickboxing and strength training. All members receive our 10-Week Challenge, nutrition coaching, meal plans, personal coaches, and a supportive and inspiring environment to reach their goals.

That depends on the person. While how much you weigh is an important piece of your health, focusing exclusively on weight loss will only generate short-term success. We focus on body fat loss, not just weight loss, to ensure your journey to a healthier way of living is well-rounded!
We provide three flexible enrollment options and work with you to choose the one that matches your needs. We advise reaching out to your preferred location for more information. We offer a free week of classes to try the Farrell's program!
Each enrollment option varies based on your needs. For information on what each enrollment option includes, please email your local Farrell's.
All Farrell's locations use the industry-leading, heart-rate tracking, wearable Myzone. Members may purchase a Myzone belt for use in and outside of the gym. Myzone is an important part of the Farrell's program and is used to watch heart rate during both our HIIT-style cardio kickboxing workouts and strength training classes. Instructors and coaches use Myzone to set the pace of the class and ensure members are reaching their Level 10!
Want to learn what you’re really made of? Being knowledgeable about your body composition is the first step to keeping track of your results. At Farrell's, we measure with InBody, an award-winning body composition analysis scale, which examines fat, lean body mass, minerals, and body water. InBody validates the results you’re receiving on the mats onto paper, so you can see how much body fat you’re losing and how much lean muscle you’re gaining!
Our workouts aren’t outrageous, but the results you’ll see if you stick to our program are. You’ll be able to customize your workouts to your preferred level of intensity, while progressing toward your own goals. We also offer versions of all of our exercises to ensure a fantastic workout.

Of course not! When we begin our 10-Week Challenge, everyone starts together. We have members of all ages and fitness levels, each with different goals. And keep in mind, all of our coaches and instructors were previously students too.
This is exactly why we schedule our 10-Week Challenges—so everyone starts and ends as a group. We start each 10-Week Challenge by showing you how to do the most fundamental fitness kickboxing and strength training exercises, building on those foundational moves throughout your 10 weeks. It won’t be very long before throwing combinations at the heavy bag will feel like second nature.
Eating right is a key element of your transformation at Farrell's. That’s why we made our nutrition program straightforward! We’ll personalize and educate you on simple practices that will keep you energized and headed in the right direction. From basic meal planning to comprehensive nutrition coaching, we will be there to give you the support you need to succeed.

Yes. *Farrell's eXtreme Bodyshaping guarantees that you will experience progress in your physical fitness. If you comply with our 10-Week program as stated and do not see improvement in at least 70 percent of your fitness testing, we will refund all your money. Since we cannot be with you outside of class and can only instruct and encourage healthy eating routines, members must provide their food logs weekly during the challenge to assist us in better coaching you to achieve great results. Individual results may vary.
